Having a balcony is a way to keep your eyes open. My scope focuses on the magnificent coastal biosphere of the Algarve, blessed with an exceptional mildness, which is more Mediterranean than Atlantic. A fact which is due to its orientation (the rest of Portugal is facing west) as well at its relative proximity to the Strait of Gibraltar and the northern tip of Africa.
Facing south has another big advantage. It allows you to watch both sunrises and sunsets, almost without leaving your viewpoint. And today, this is the perspective I am sharing with photos!
